The return of Trump or the victory of Harris? The Balkans can expect changes

Edward P. Joseph speaks to Radio Free Europe in an interview about the potential impact of the U.S. election results on the Western Balkans.

He notes that a possible return of Donald Trump to the presidency could lead to drastic changes in U.S. foreign policy. In that scenario, he does not rule out the possibility of a deal with Russia regarding Ukraine, which, he says, would directly affect the Balkans.
